It’s a huge day for the women on Team Ireland, with four of them in contention for medals this afternoon.

Boxing, dressage, sailing and athletics are the potential medal events – and there is also diving and badminton later on tonight.

Here’s when you need to be in front of the tv.

Equestrian

At 2pm, Judy Reynolds is in the Dressage grand prix final with her horse Vancouver K.

Boxing

In boxing, Katie Taylor can seal a bronze medal with victory against Finnish opponent Mira Potkonen in the Women’s Lightweight quarter-final at 3pm.

Athletics

Sara Treacy runs in the steeplechase final around 3.15pm while Thomas Barr is in the 400 metres hurdles heats just before 4pm.

Sailing

Annalise Murphy starts this evening’s medal race at about 5.05pm from third position. The Dubliner is in a good position for at least bronze.

Staying on the water and this evening Ryan Seaton and Matt McGovern start from fourth in the 49er class while Saskia Tidey and Andrea Brewster are in the 49er FX and start from twelfth.

Diving

Diver Oliver Dingley competes in the preliminary round of the Men’s 3m Springboard shortly after 7pm.

Badminton

And finally, Scott Evans plays in the last 16 of the men’s badminton at 9.30pm.
