An incredible hat-trick from the Scottish lower leagues has gone viral.

You’ve probably never heard of Tam Hanlon, who plays as a right back for Pollok FC, but he scored this stunning trio of goals in a Sectional League Cup game last week.

The three beauties came in a 5-1 rout of Neilston and the goals have been picked up by many major news organisations, including the BBC.

It is impressive enough to score three times – even more so when each of the goals is a stunner in its own right.
