Irish international Shane Duffy has joined Brighton on a four-year deal.
Chris Hughton has signed the 24-year-old centre-half from Championship rivals Blackburn for a reported £4.5million.

Blackburn have already replaced Duffy by signing Irish under-21 international Tommie Hoban on-loan from Watford.

Meanwhile, Aston Villa have allowed Irish Under-21 international Kevin Toner to join League One side Walsall on loan until January.
