Beyoncé is set to headline Coachella next April.
After Queen Bey slayed the MTV VMAs last Sunday with an explosive 15-minute long performance of hit songs from her visual album Lemonade – Beyoncé has bagged herself a HUGE gig.
According to The Sun, the Hold Up singer has landed a headline gig for the first time ever at California’s biggest music festival Coachella.
A music insider said, “The festival bosses were blown away.
“She’s been on their hitlist for months and after Sunday’s show they knew they had to land her. She’s going to be a huge draw.”
Beyoncé has only ever attended festival before, so this will be a huge deal for the 34-year-old.
Festival organisers are reportedly hoping to move away from their typical rock headline acts, which has included the likes of Radiohead and Prince.
