Rita Ora is set to perform in front of Pope Francis at the Vatican later this week.

The former X Factor judge has sang to sell out concerts and at private events but it will be her first performance of this type.

“I’m more of a spiritual person, so the Vatican I figured out is actually a big deal,” she said.

The singer revealed that when she spotted the Pope’s name on the guestlist she immediately thought about what she was going to wear.

“And then I looked at the guest list and I just see P.O.P. E, and I was like, ‘Pope!’” she said on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

“And then I though what do you wear to see the Pope? I know he doesn’t have Facebook.

“I’m going to do a whole, ‘What’s up pope’ thing.”
