“I got myself in a bit of trouble with that story,” he laughed.
“I didn’t follow through with anything. I observed someone on a tube once, I just thought ‘I wonder would it would be like to take the next step to following someone’.

The Irish actors admitted they’ve enjoyed a bromance since making the movie together.

“We never had met each other personally, it’s a very small industry, actors know other actors or they certainly know someone who’s worked with that actor before, so I’ve known a tonne of people that worked with Cillian and had heard nothing but good things,” Jamie said.
“We’ve had fun together, I was a massive fan of his work, he’s been around a long time,” he added.
Meanwhile Cillian admitted he and his wife have been long-time fans of The Fall so the pair got on instantly.

“It’s a two-hander, it’s a gamble, you never know if you’re going to get on with the actor playing opposite you,” he explained.
“We went out for dinner, and it turns out we had a lot in common, it just happens me and my wife are obsessed with a show called The Fall,” he added.
