Ed Balls has admitted he might find the Strictly steps pretty “challenging” – but he isn’t afraid of some hard graft.

Speaking at the TV Choice Awards, the former shadow chancellor confessed his time on the dancefloor might not be all plain-sailing, as his professional dance partner Katya Jones giggled.

But he said Katya would set him straight, and she vowed to give Ed some “hard training”.
