Jennifer Metcalfe has hinted that a turn on the Strictly dancefloor could be on the cards.

The Hollyoaks actress was asked if she would ever sign up for the competition, and teased: “Maybe!”

Speaking as she stepped out for the TV Choice Awards, Jennifer added: “I do love dancing and I’ve danced since I was a little girl.

“So I wouldn’t rule that one out!”

Jen’s co-star Danny Mac is on Strictly this year and the actress thinks he will do well – as he has “a good little two-step”.

She said she hasn’t seen Danny on the dance show yet, but added: “But I messaged him saying good luck and everything so I’m sure he’ll be fab.

“I think he’s got a good little two-step.”
