The Good Morning Britain star looked stunning in a long red dress, with a slit showing off black heels.
Her brunette locks were piled on top of her head and she wore long sparkly earrings.
She posed for pictures with Piers Morgan as she arrived at the event.
Susanna also retweeted some images of herself on her way to the bash with her co-presenter Kate Garraway, and sitting inside the ceremony with Piers, Kate and Ben Shephard.
