Ex-Poison frontman Bret Michaels says two thieves stole his mobile phone while he was onstage during a recent performance in New Hampshire.

A post on Bret’s Facebook page on Friday said the phone and other electronics were taken from the rocker’s dressing room during a concert at Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom on September 1.

The post included an image of the two suspects and said that the items could be returned within 24 hours, “no questions asked”.

After the deadline passed, a second post stated that the culprits would be charged with criminal trespassing and felony theft of property if they didn’t return the items to Hampton police.

The post, shared on Saturday, continued: “You are captured on video and the electronics that were taken are worthless to you (locked and blacklisted making future use impossible).

“We will not negotiate and after 6pm today this will become a criminal case and you will be prosecuted for both criminal trespassing and felony theft of property. – Team Bret.”

Police say Bret hasn’t filed a formal complaint.
