Brian McFadden has admitted he’s surprised that The Jump is returning for a fourth season.
The Channel 4 show made headlines during its last season with many of its contestants left with serious injuries including broken arms, fractures and even a broken neck.
“I’m a little bit surprised,” he said.
The Jump: Brian took part in the third series of the show and left with a “couple of broken ribs”
The ex-Westlife star took part in the show and revealed he was left with “just a couple of broken ribs” – that took him four or five weeks to recover from.
“But maybe this year they’ll just make it a little bit safer and maybe just tighten things up a little bit because it is a great show and it was a lot of fun to do it, so it’s good for the viewers that it’s coming back,” he told Digital Spy.
“You have to be careful – that is the one thing.
“If you let your guard down for a second doing these events you can get really, seriously hurt, so you’ve got to always be focused and listen to the trainers.”
