Just when you thought Bear Grylls couldn’t get more intense – the adventurer was PEED on by Mel B in his latest show.

Bear has started his new NBC show Running Wild – where he has already had guests on including Courteney Cox.

In his latest episode Bear was showing Mel B how to cook a jellyfish, but he dropped the dangerous jellyfish and got stung.

“Do you need me to pee on you?” Mel quickly asked as Bear said he was all “out”.

“Mel’s kindly offered two or three times to provide some urine,” Bear told audiences at home.

Mel jumped to the challenge and while NBC blurred out the act, Mel was seen doing the deed to save Bear from pain.

“Mell B, she saved my life, ” Bear siad. “It still stings but it’s better.”
