Cllr O’Hanlon says the rising sports star was adored and loved by everybody at St Michael’s Rowing Club.

“Limerick is a great sporting city and county, and St Michael’s Rowing Club that she was a member of … it’s like a family unto itself because there’s so many young and old people who are active in the club,” he said.

“Ailish was absolutely adored and loved by everybody there.”
