Fans of The Archers are reaching for stiff drinks as they wait to hear the fate of Helen Titchener.

The trial of of Helen, played by Louiza Patikas, is the climax of a storyline that saw the character suffer increasing domestic abuse at the hands of her husband Rob (Timothy Watson).
