Perhaps the biggest celebrity split of the decade seems to be happening, as reports come in that Angelina Jolie has filed for divorce from Brad Pitt.
Various reasons have been cited for the break-up but some on Twitter have a rather novel idea.

Yes, William Jefferson Hague. They believe the Conservative politician and lifetime peer may be behind it all – obviously.
Perhaps Jolie had her eye on Hague?

Just think. With Brad’s dashing good looks and William’s political experience the sky’s the limit to what they could achieve. Maybe.
So where does all this come from? Well, it’s to do with Brangelina’s humanitarian work. Both know the former Foreign Secretary and have been photographed with him.
It was even reported by the Daily Mail that Jolie had dinner with Hague last month, while Pitt was filming. The relationship is probably just due to Hague’s role in Jolie’s campaign to end sexual violence in conflict but that hasn’t stopped pictures of the two being pored over by the tabloids.
Perhaps Twitter users need to remember, though, Hague does have a wife. He’s been with Ffion since 1997 and, looking at their gleeful faces here, we expect their 20th anniversary will come round without any troubles…
