Daisy Lowe and her father Gavin Rossdale have bonded over Strictly Come Dancing.

The model posted a picture of herself grinning and posing in the training room with professional partner Aljaz Skorjanec and a special guest: her father Gavin.

“Thank you for my good luck cuddle papa,” she wrote.

The 27-year-old, who is the daughter of singer and fashion designer Pearl Lowe, only discovered that Bush rocker Gavin was her biological father at the age of 14.

However, Gavin – whose divorce from wife Gwen Stefani was finalised in April – turned up to support her in the rehearsal room.

Daisy and Aljaz will be hoping to impress the judges with a waltz to Unforgettable by Nat King Cole when they take to the dance floor this weekend.
