Margot Robbie is the first guest host as Saturday Night Live begins its 42nd season next week.

The Weeknd will be the musical guest when the show returns on October 1, NBC said.

Margot is on movie screens as Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad, with other credits including The Big Short and The Wolf Of Wall Street.

The Weeknd’s album Starboy is scheduled for release in November.
