Gardai in Portarlington have appealed for information relating to the whereabouts of Tony Egan who has strong connections with New Ross

GARDAI IN County Laois have renewed their appeal for help locating a man with strong New Ross connections who has been missing from his Portarlington home for over a week.

Tony Egan (32), who has family connections in the Gusserane area, was last seen at his home at Newmill Court, Portarlington, at around 9 p.m. on Monday, September 19, and has not been seen since.

Mr. Egan is described as being around 11 stone in weight, has brown hair, and is about 5’11” in height.

When last seen he was wearing a black hoodie, black tracksuit bottoms, and white runners.

Mr. Egan was still missing as the Echo went to press yesterday and anyone with information about his possible whereabouts is asked to contact Portarlington Garda Station on 057-8623112 or any Garda Station.

All information forwarded to the Gardai will be treated in strict confidence.
