Lindsay Lohan has said she lost half her finger in a boating accident.

The Mean Girls star told fans on social media that she had to have the digit reattached after the incident.

Li-Lo – who recently split from Russian businessman fiance Egor Tarabasov – shared an image of her bandaged hand on Snapchat, according to US reports.

She wrote that she lost half her finger but that it had been found and that she “had surgery to fix it”.

She also tweeted about the accident.
