Ben Affleck has announced the title of his new Batman movie… The Batman.

The Hollywood heartthrob is set to both star in and direct the upcoming stand-alone film about the Caped Crusader.

“The movie I think is going to be called The Batman,” Ben told the Associated Press.

“At least that’s what we’re going with now. I might change… That’s about all I got right now.”

Ben, 44, also revealed that work on the script is under way.

“The script is going well, I’m really excited about it,” he said.

While it isn’t the most imaginative name for the eagerly anticipated flick, fans have given it the thumbs up.
