Mary Berry is one of the world’s greatest bakers and she’s also one of our favourite TV personalities because she does not shy away from admitting that she enjoys a bit of a drink.
The 81-year-old TV chef is known for her taste for a tipple and, during the dessert week episode of The Great British Bake Off, she was at it again as she showed appreciation for Benjamina Ebuehi’s booze-laced pina colada roulade.
To make matters even better, Mary showed her respect for the coconut rum-based bake with a little wink to Benjamina.
During the tasting, Mary said she preferred it while Paul Hollywood said he thought there was too much rum in there.
