Singer Anastacia has issued a plea to fans to keep her on Strictly Come Dancing after she caused controversy last week by missing the bottom two dance-off.
The Left Outside Alone singer tweeted ahead of tonight’s live show asking fans to “please vote” after bookies put her as 2/1 favourite to be booted off this weekend, with more than 60% of bets being placed on her getting axed.

Last week she and partner Brendan Cole were in the bottom two alongside DJ Melvin Odoom but she was unable to perform after tearing scar tissue from a double mastectomy.
Melvin and partner Janette Manrara became the first to leave after receiving the lowest public votes.
In Saturday’s traditional movie theme show, Anastacia will dance a Viennese Waltz to A Thousand Years by Christian Perri from the Twilight films.
However she’s favourite to leave according to Coral, which said fans were “fuming” at her staying in the competition.
Coral’s Nicola McGeady said: “After Anastacia was allowed to bend the dance-off rules last week, punters are still fuming and are wasting no time in backing the singer to be the next celeb kicked off the show.”
