Emergency services are attending the scene of a fire off Aungier Street in Dublin city centre.
The fire broke out at 12.50pm today in a derelict building near the Glover Court flats on York Street.
Four units of Dublin Fire Brigade are currently dealing with the blaze, and gardaĆ are at the scene.
No one has been injured in the incident.
It is believed the fire was caused by a collection of burning materials that had been gathered ahead of Halloween.
Part of York Street from Aungier Street, is currently closed to traffic.
