Singer Will Young has announced his first public performance since his shock withdrawal from Strictly Come Dancing.
The Pop Idol winner is set to perform at the 606 Jazz Club in Chelsea, south west London, weeks after quitting the popular BBC programme for ”personal reasons”.
In an announcement on his official newsletter, he said: “I’m really delighted to announce a very exclusive second jazz performance at the famous 606 Club in London.
“I’ll be accompanied by my five piece band performing tracks from the new EP Summer Covers plus many more.
“The response was so overwhelming to the last one and I loved it so much! I can’t wait to see everyone who comes along for more music and giggles.”

Young, 37, announced he was pulling out of Strictly last week, days after veteran judge Len Goodman told him to “turn up, keep up, shut up” during the live show.
In a text to the Radio 2 breakfast show the day after he quit, read out by DJ Chris Evans, Will said the reasons for his departure were “all very undramatic”.

The singer said he left the show with “joy in my heart that I have been able to take part in one of the most-loved shows on British television”.
He will play the 606 Club on November 10.
