Danny Baker could be getting acquainted with mealworms and cockroaches in a few weeks, as the latest celeb linked to I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
The broadcaster is the most expensive signing so far on this year’s show, getting a six-figure sum, The Sun reports.
He is said to have signed up for the ITV show just days after announcing he is cancer-free.
The broadcasting veteran, 59, revealed the good news, that he had beaten head and neck cancer, on October 3.
Six years ago I was diagnosed with no doubt, big time, proper full on cancer. Of the head & neck! But I'm all clear now. It's beatable. #NHS

Former Countdown star Carol Vorderman, 55, Scarlett Moffatt, 25, from Gogglebox and radio host Lisa Snowdon, 44, are also reported to be heading to the Australian jungle.
“Danny doesn’t need the money but producers made him an offer he just couldn’t refuse,” a source told the newspaper.
“He’s a real curve ball name, and they’re the sort of signings ITV want.”
An ITV spokesman did not confirm the signing, saying: “Any names suggested for I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! at this stage are just speculation.”
