Paul Scholes’ legend has certainly benefited from the existence of social media.

From dubious quotes of world class players proclaiming the retired midfielder their favourite player, to mythical stories of the Manchester United legend hitting trees from 50 yards, it’s hard to verify Scholes’ legacy.

But this is definitely Paul Scholes, definitely breaking a target with a football at a golf event.

Perhaps Paul’s had enough of people questioning the legitimacy of his ability. “Video content will put these debates to bed,” thought Paul, before wellying two of the three targets into oblivion.
