A man in his 30’s remains in hospital after being stabbed in Dublin city overnight.

The incident happened on Church Street at around 11.30pm last night.

The man was taken to the Mater Hospital where his condition is described as stable.

No arrests have been made in connection with the attack.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses.
