A stuntman who was injured when he was run over during filming of a new TV series is suing Saving Private Ryan actor Tom Sizemore.
Steve de Castro claims he was pinned underneath a sports car being driven by an “intoxicated” Sizemore leaving him with significant injuries in July.
De Castro is also suing Paramount Pictures over the incident which came during filming of upcoming USA Network action show Shooter.
He claims the injuries have hampered his ability to work.
Police did not open an investigation following the incident, saying at the time that it would be handled by occupational safety inspectors.
Representatives for Paramount and Sizemore did not return emails.
