If there’s one thing capable of trumping the amazing routines in Strictly every week, it is of course the costumes.
And this week they didn’t disappoint, with some truly spellbinding outfits for the Halloween theme.
Fans loved seeing what the wardrobe department had come up with for their favourite couples.

Judge Rinder’s butterfly get-up may not have been an obviously terrifying choice, but it was popular.
What do you want to be for Halloween this year?

Rinder: a butterfly

However, many thought Ore Oduba’s costume had taken inspiration from another star.
Ore looks well as David Bellamy #Strictly

Ore reminds me of when Lenny Henry used to do his David Bellamy impression #Strictly #StrictlyComeDancing pic.twitter.com/f13wilPG1H

The make-up team didn’t do too shoddy a job either, with Daisy Lowe and Aljaz Skorjanec’s Day of the Dead face paints proving a high point.
Always love the #Halloween episode of #Strictly just for the Makeup. @lisaAmakeup & her team do a fantastic job. Daisy & Aljaz look amazing.
