Anastacia fans could not resist a few puns as the singer got her marching orders from Strictly.
The star – whose songs include Left Outside Alone and I’m Outta Love – was eliminated from the competition following a dance-off against model Daisy Lowe.
On Twitter, fans have been having fun with the star’s song titles as they comment about the end of her run on the dancefloor.
Gutted to hear she has been left outside alone 😓 If it was just for singing you would be there forever @AnastaciaMusic #Strictly

As the US star was booted off, she told how much she had loved the experience and said it had helped her to get in touch with her feminine side.
Anastacia’s words, that Strictly helped her “get to know” her “female” have also triggered a few giggles among fans.
Anastacia's been a wooden dancer since Day 1. But glad she's "found her female"!?!? Hell of a voice though! #Strictly https://t.co/IspaNn6yKQ

Did Anastacia say she done Strictly to 'find her female'? #Strictly

However, others have pointed out that Anastacia, who underwent a double mastectomy after battling breast cancer, was more than entitled to nurture her feminine side during her time on the show.
Loved the comment from Anastacia about finding her female - for those mocking, try having a mastectomy & then maybe you'll get it #Strictly
