Martin Kemp is making a return to Birds of a Feather for the sitcom’s Christmas special, and he certainly looks thrilled to be back with the lovely ladies.
The actor – who is also making a comeback to BBC soap EastEnders – will reprise his role as Vince on the feature-length festive episode of Birds, alongside Lesley Joseph, Pauline Quirke and Linda Robson.
Martin plays Vince, a classic gangster type who was last seen getting friendly with Lesley’s character Dorien in the back of a hearse at Darryl’s funeral in an episode earlier this year.
And, in the newly-released pictures, she certainly seems to be clinging onto any chance of a romance with the handsome man.
The Christmas episode sees Vince running a bar in Tangier and coming to the ladies’ rescue when they attract some unwanted attention.
Dorien, Sharon and Tracey are in the Moroccan port to search for Travis (Charlie Quirke) after he goes missing on his gap year.
The cast have been filming the episode in Malta in recent weeks, even while Lesley was still taking part in Strictly Come Dancing.
The Birds of a Feather Christmas special will air on ITV over the festive period.
