TV presenter and celebrity personality Vogue Williams, was on the Late Late last night, talking about something that is becoming more and more prevalent in modern society: revenge porn.

Vogue was discussing the recent discovery that her face has been photoshopped onto naked bodies and uploaded to porn sites and the conversation quickly turned to the lawless internet and its dangers.

Vogue, outlined how this demeaning behaviour could cost her work, yet nothing can be done by the law to prevent this type of thing from happening or even to remove this from the internet.

Speaking about revenge porn Vogue said: “revenge porn is becoming huge and it is mostly men that do it to women.”

Revenge porn is when a couple breaks up and one person releases nude images or videos onto the internet as revenge.

“You tarnish someone’s image and you can get in trouble for it, with the law, but you can put up a video of her performing a sex act or something and you can get away with it.

“We need to catch up quite quickly with that.”
