The model and TV presenter has shown off her stunning figure on the cover of the December issue of Women’s Health magazine.

She said: “I think I’m more comfortable in my body than I was in my mid-twenties. Maybe it’s an age thing. You know what parts you like or you don’t like – you know what suits you and you just don’t care as much.”

The 31-year-old, who was partnered with Giovanni Pernice on Strictly before being eliminated this weekend, said she finds dancing “euphoric”.

She said: “The training, the practising, the endorphins it releases – it just makes you feel good.”

Sadly, Laura became the latest to leave the competition after going head-to-head with Ore Oduba in the dance-off with her Samba.

Another of her favourite things to do is running.

She told the magazine: “Running is good for clearing your head. I find if I’m stressed about something, I just go for a run. Mentally, running is good for me. Whenever I go away, I’ll throw a pair of trainers in my bag.”

She also revealed another of her healthy secrets: Bikram Yoga.

She said: “I’m there at 6.30am and I’m addicted. I started four years ago and, honestly, if I don’t go, I feel terrible.”
