A JUDGMENT for over €1.1m has been registered against local businessman Alan Hynes and his wife Noreen.

The judgement was registered for money owed to Irish Life and Permanent PLC, Dublin on October 20, 2016. The total amount owed is €1,196,534.

The judgement has been listed against both Alan Hynes, with an address at Solaris, Larkinstown, Coolree, and his wife Noreen, with an address at 15 Pairc Cluain, Mulgannon.

A number of other judgements are still outstanding against the couple for various amounts ranging from €211 up to €1.1m.
