When England and Scotland go head to head at Wembley in their 2018 World Cup qualifier, there’s no way the fans will be this quiet.

But for the best part of a minute, Scottish football fans on the 08:40 train to London from Glasgow central were as still and as quiet as we’ve ever seen them.

One particularly notable element of the challenge is the omnipresence of alcohol, which makes it all the more remarkable that the fans managed to stay so still.

They’ll be hoping Scotland show a bit more movement later on as the teams take to the pitch, no doubt.
