Former Manchester City star Edin Dzeko was sent off in an international match last night after a bizarre altercation with an opponent.
The striker was playing for Bosnia-Herzegovina against Greece and became entangled with Kyriakos Papadopoulos in the second half.
The Greek defender attempted to snatch the ball from Dzeko as he lay on the ground and Dzeko retaliated by pulling Papadopoulos’ pants down.
Yes, really.

Dzeko had already been booked and was sent off by the referee.
The striker was unrepentant after the game, saying: “I got a red card for no reason, I don’t know why.”
Are you sure you don’t know why Edin?

His side were leading 1-0 when he was sent off but the game ended in a draw, after Giorgos Tzavelas crashed home a 25-yard equaliser in the fifth minute of added time.
