Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them star Eddie Redmayne will be back on home soil for the UK premiere of JK Rowling’s hotly anticipated Harry Potter prequel.
He will join cast members on the red carpet in London’s Leicester Square on Tuesday evening, just a few days before the movie is officially released in cinemas on November 18.
The film’s world premiere took place last week at the Alice Tully Hall at the Lincoln Center in New York City.

In the film, Eddie plays “magizoologist” Newt Scamander as he explores the American branch of the magical world, with a mysterious suitcase full of magical creatures.
The all-star cast includes Colin Farrell and Jon Voight, as well as a cameo appearance from Johnny Depp, who is set to take on a larger role in the sequel.
The film is based on JK’s book of the same name and is set 60 years earlier than the novels about the boy wizard, in 1926 New York.
It has already been described by critics as an “early Christmas treat”, which “combines astonishing special effects with plenty of humour and pathos” and presents even darker twists than the final Harry Potter books.
