Shane Long and his wife Kayleah have welcomed a baby boy into the world.

This is the couple’s first son and they’ve name him Jax.

Kayleah announced the news on her Instagram account with this sweet snap.

Although she explained in the caption that little Jax was “rushed straight to the care unit” after the delivery but insured that he is now “now the mend”.

“Our little warrior Jax made his appearance yesterday but was rushed straight to the care unit!” she wrote.

“But he is on the mend after 24hours and his sisters finally got their hands on him today”.

The couple already have two daughters, Teigan (six) and Erin (two).

They first meet while Shane was playing for her hometown of Reading in 2010 and later tied the knot in Enniskerry, Co Wicklow in 2013.
