Singer and former X Factor judge Cheryl says she is happier than she has ever been, and adds: “Now is a very good time in my life.”
The former Girls Aloud member definitely has a new reason to be happy as she launches yet another fragrance, with the latest one titled StormFlower Platinum.
She told Fabulous magazine: “The good thing about being in your 30s is that you know yourself better. I learned to be less apologetic and not to give a s**t about what people say. I think you just focus on what is right for you and you learn to trust your own instincts and follow them.”
She is dating One Direction’s Liam Payne, who at 23 is 10 years her junior.
She said despite being photographed looking glamorous and “dressed up” all the time, she loves lounging about at home in casual wear.

Cheryl explained: “People always think of me as being dressed up all the time, but that so isn’t me. I love spending time on long walks outdoors and just being surrounded by nature, miles away from everything.”
She married Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini in 2014 and the pair were last month granted a decree nisi in their divorce proceedings.
The Fight For This Love singer also reportedly told the magazine she would not rule out plastic surgery.
She is quoted as saying: “Ask me when I’m in my 40s. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it, if that’s what you want. I think women should do what they want to do. I love Madonna. I love the way she wears what she wants. I’d like to think if I’m 60 and I want to break out a leotard, I still would!”
Cheryl was also recently announced as the new face of Childline as the charity celebrates its 30th anniversary.
