Honey G lived to rap another day after the judges saved her in a sing-off with Ryan Lawrie, but fans at home are not happy about it.
She performed a mash-up of Missy Elliott’s hit Get Ur Freak On and Work It, which involved a chant of “I say save, you say… me”, while Ryan performed Ed Sheeran’s Lego House on his guitar.
So, @RyanLawrie_ and @The_Honey_G are in the #XFactor Sing Off! pic.twitter.com/o6jXftV25F

Judges Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh and Sharon Osbourne all voted to save Honey, with only Nicole Scherzinger backing her contestant Ryan.
Former contestant Gifty Louise could not believe what she was seeing.
Guys she won. A. Sing. Off. 😂😂 I'm shook

Guys I think Honey G is going to win ✨

Even Piers Morgan was unimpressed.
Typical. Honey G finally in bottom 2 & the other act doesn't sing a single note in tune. #XFactor
— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) November 20, 2016
Other X Factor fans were livid with the decision.
#XFactor IS A JOKE
— Jono Middleton (@jono_impossible) November 20, 2016
Honey G over Ryan? I know he's not the best but at least he can actually sing. #HoneyG sorry but you've ruined it for me
#XFactor gets worse when the judges save #HoneyG over a decent singer. Absolute fix!

This show is a joke @SimonCowell @MrsSOsbourne @NicoleScherzy why is @The_Honey_G still in the competition? #XFactor #stupidity
— Harrison Travis (@Travis6Harrison) November 20, 2016
All those real singers wasting their time auditioning for #xfactor to be beaten by #HoneyG. Waste of airtime really @simoncowell 😡
— Ali Sumner (@Lucky8Alison) November 20, 2016
Honey G is an absolute joke. I don't get it. Who in their right mind would buy her music. I certainly couldn't listen to that.....

Some fans even compared it to Brexit and the election of Donald Trump.
First Brexit, then Donald Trump and now Honey G is about to win X factor might as well just write 2016 off now 😂😭
— Aaron Bumby (@Aaron_Bumby) November 20, 2016
trump brexit and honey g, really sums up 2016 doesn't it
— Els ✨ (@PrivateEleanor2) November 20, 2016
Brexit. Trump. Honey G. A year of troll-voting. Looking back, Boaty McBoatface was a terrifying sign of things to come.
— Brogan Morris (@BroganMorris1) November 20, 2016
You can't trust Britain. They vote for Brexit and they vote for honey G
— rachel (@rachellord22) November 20, 2016
