‘LET’S TALK recovery’ is the theme of a four-week series of educational workshops beginning tomorrow, Wednesday November 23rd, at the Wexford Mental Health Association centre on Henrietta Street.

Delivered by Recovery College South East, the workshops are set to focus on recovery, wellness and self-management skills in mental health and addiction.

Taking place from 10am to 1pm on Wednesday mornings, the three-hour sessions will focus on wellness rather than illness and aim to support people to use their strengths to self-manage and move-forward.

Sessions are open to anyone facing mental health and / or addiction challenges, their supporters and families, people who work in the sector and / or those who wish to have a better understanding of their own wellness and that of others.

Enrolment in the college is just €5 per student per semester, with workshops free thereafter.
