Nothing says Christmas like a trip to the theatre so what better time for the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre to announce their 2017 line-up.

The season is set to be the most spectacular season in the theatre’s history with 13 brand new shows encompassing musicals, drama and comedy.
Musical fans will be excited to hear that old favourites such as Hairspray, Grease, Evita, Funny Girl, Crazy For You, Miss Saigon and Blood Brothers are all on the bill.
As well as exciting new musicals such as The Addams Family, The Wedding Singer, Sleepless (a musical comedy based on the movie, Sleepless in Seattle), Sister Act and Irish musical, Angela’s Ashes.
The wonder and magic doesn’t stop there with Wonderland, an enchanting musical adaptation of Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass and the brilliantly funny comedy The Play That Goes Wrong.
For those dance lovers, Moscow City Ballet are back with two of Tchaikovsky’s best-loved ballets Swan Lake and Sleeping Beauty, followed by the Moscow State Opera production of Carmen starring Ireland’s own Celine Byrne.
And finally after a highly successful run on Broadway, the world’s best-selling touring magic show, The Illusionists will play Bord Gáis Energy Theatre as part of a 45 city tour.
