A 27-year-old man from Co Waterford has been named as the victim of a road crash in Co Antrim last weekend.

It happened on Ballyrobin Road, close to the Ballyrobin Guest House, shortly before 4.50pm last Saturday.

John Fitzgerald from Kilmacthomas died from injuries he suffered following the road crash.

The PSNI is appealing to anyone who was travelling on the Ballyrobin Road on Saturday evening and who witnessed the collision to contact them.
