The Strictly star came face to face with his fears as he tried to cure his phobia of birds.
He had a 20-minute session of therapy with experts before handler Steve brought parrot Indie into the studio and Ore braved stroking the bird.
Ore had told how the phobia was “crippling”, adding: “I really want to get over this.”
But after a few moments of Indie perched on his arm, he had enough.

“Steve, do you mind if you take Indie back just for a minute?” he asked.
And he breathed a sigh of relief after the bird was taken away, saying he felt uncomfortable when Indie put its “claws on my arm”.
But the experts congratulated Ore, saying he had made tremendous strides forward in tackling his phobia.
Ore had said he was excited about co-hosting the ITV show, telling Holly: “I’m a little bit like an excited child. You know when a child meets their hero and they just stare. I will try not to do that!”
