Nico Rosberg is the Formula One World Champion, after Lewis Hamilton won the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, with Rosberg’s second-place finish enough to seal the title for the German.
But it was the Briton whose behaviour seemed to set tongues wagging. The three-time world champion backed Rosberg up so Sebastian Vettel and Max Verstappen might have a chance to overtake his team mate, although most weren’t bothered.
Can't believe Lewis Hamilton (a racing driver) did everything he possibly could within reason to win the world championship. Crazy isn't it?

And even L’Oreal seemed happy to back Hamilton. Because you’re worth it, Lewis.
Proud of you, @LewisHamilton. pic.twitter.com/hw6Ky34EZX

But some weren’t all that pleased with the Briton’s apparent frostiness towards Rosberg after the race.
What lousy sportsmanship from @LewisHamilton not even congratulating his team mate. Well done @nico_rosberg, you rockstar!

Come on @LewisHamilton don't be a sore loser #f1

Eventually, we got the obligatory congratulations from Lewis, who finished just five points behind his rival and team mate. Boris Becker was pleased.
Finally !!! Hug/handshake from @LewisHamilton with @nico_rosberg !

But that wasn’t enough for some.
Lewis Hamilton offering perhaps the least sincere congratulations in sporting history.

You can’t please everyone.
