After Steven Gerrard’s retirement from football, it seems the Liverpool legend has a rather talented family member.
Bobby Duncan is Gerrard’s cousin, and caught the eye after a particularly encouraging performance for England’s under-16s against Brazil’s under-17 side.
We think you’ll particularly enjoy the backing music.
Not a bad collection of goals is it?
Gerrard himself was keen to recognise his cousin’s achievement, taking to Instagram to congratulate Bobby.
The caption reads: “Congrats to England under 16s beating Brazil 4-3 – well done to my cousin @bobbyduncan9 for your hat trick #9 #future”.
But while Liverpool fans might be excited by the potential new Gerrard, Duncan actually plays for Manchester City’s academy. Bad luck.
