I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here! campers Larry Lamb and Jordan Banjo eased to Bushtucker Trial success on Tuesday night’s show as they endured a marine-based battle with water snakes, mud crabs and eels.

The camp’s oldest and youngest members took on the Hell Or High Water trial which saw Jordan delve into a water-filled tank and retrieve keys that unlocked the container’s valves.

In a separate tank, Larry was strapped to a chair with the water released from his teammate’s tank rising around him as water snakes wrapped themselves around his face and head.

Despite an onslaught of marine life, Larry joked: “I have a way with snakes, I used to be like that with women.”

The pair received all nine stars but decided to try to trick their camp mates into thinking Larry had shouted the show’s escape phrase.

Returning to camp, Jordan looked angry and, when asked by the celebrities where Larry was, said: “He’s stopped off at the dunny.

“He said it, he said ‘I’m A Celebrity’… he had found one star and you know how Larry gets irritated he was saying ‘I can’t see’ and I told him not to say it but I couldn’t stop him.”

The camp mates looked dejected as Jordan convinced them but a smiling Larry appeared behind him giving the game away.

Larry said: “I’m so happy, I’m so made up about having won the stars I just couldn’t keep it together and started giggling to myself and messed that part of the game up.”

Carol said the Bafta award for acting had to go to Jordan and Joel suggested he could appear in Emmerdale as Adam Thomas’ brother – a suggestion that appealed to a lot of viewers.

Adam laughed at the suggestion and said: “All he needs to do now is sing and he’s a triple threat that guy, I hope he can’t, it would really do my head in if he can.”
