Injuries mean a much-changed Liverpool side will take to the field against Leeds in the EFL Cup quarter-final.
Yesterday it was announced that Philippe Coutinho will be out of action until the new year, while they’ll also be without Adam Lallana, Daniel Sturridge and potentially Roberto Firmino for tonight’s game.
Leeds visit Anfield for the first time in 13 years when they play Liverpool in tonight’s game.
They currently sit fifth in the Championship after a good run of form under manager Garry Monk.
Kyle Bartley is expected to start at centre-half for the Championship side.
He won the trophy with Swansea back in 2013, and says tonight his team-mates need to seize their opportunity.
“When you’re young, these are the moments that you dream about,” he said. “To play at Anfield in front of all the cameras and the crowd will be fantastic.
“We’ve got a young bunch of lads and it will be a great experience for them. Fantastic for the club and the fans, it’s something that everyone deserves.”
Kick-off at Anfield is at 7.45pm.
At the same time in tonight’s other quarter-final, Hull host Championship leaders Newcastle.
