Zlatan Ibrahimovic got away with a “naughty” tangle with Seamus Coleman during today’s draw at Goodison Park, writes Stephen Barry.
Ibrahimovic landed awkwardly on the Everton right-back after fouling him in the 50th minute, but it was what followed that was deemed particularly nasty by co-commentator Gary Neville.
The United goalscorer caught Coleman with the heel of his boot on the ground, but referee Michael Oliver didn’t take any action.

“It’s naughty, very naughty. He’s fortunate to get away with that,” said Neville on Sky Sports.
Ireland fans will be concerned as Coleman signalled to the bench that he wasn’t fit to carry on due to the impact of Ibrahimovic landing on him. He was eventually substituted 17 minutes after the incident.
Marcus Rojo was lucky to avoid a red card earlier in the game for his two-footed lunge on Idrissa Gueye.

However, Jose Mourinho chose to avoid commenting on either incident, or Marouane Fellaini’s late penalty giveaway, in his post-match interview.
