Jobs Minister Mary Mitchell O’Connor has warned against being too concerned about the UK vote to leave the EU.
She told the Dáil that the Government is prepared to respond to any issues sector-by-sector and company-by-company if necessary.
“Having spoken to the IDA chief executive, the pipeline is good,” she said.
“It would be unfortunate if we were to talk ourselves into less optimism and less sustainability as a country by being over-concerned.
“Of course we’re concerned, we’re doing what is right.”
